The Shandong Provincial Cultural and Art Center is located in the core area of Jinan's western new city, including a grand theatre, library, art museum, cultural center, as well as supporting facilities such as performance troupes, bookstores, and cinemas. The grand theatre complex serves as the main venue for the 10th China Art Festival, designed by renowned architect Paul Andreu with the concept of "Green Mountains and Blue Seas." The grand theatre includes a 1,500-seat concert hall, 1,800-seat opera house, 500-seat multi-function hall, rehearsal halls, and other auxiliary functions. The design scope includes indoor lighting, architectural nightscape, and landscape lighting, with full communication with the developer, architect, design institute, and color consultants to ensure the lighting effects meet the architect's expectations.
